A critical vendor was missing deadlines, skipping SDLC practices, and putting the contract at risk. Designed and enforced a structured PIP that rebuilt governance, restored delivery cadence, and got the project back on track.
Staff were manually re-entering the same client data across multiple platforms. Coordinated a phased FiveTran/Snowflake integration so data entered in HubSpot flows automatically downstream — reducing errors and freeing up the team.
Used a specialized AI research agent to build a team formation roadmap from scratch — feeding it goals, constraints, and organizational context to surface real-world best practices and compress what would have taken days of research into hours. One of many ways I'm actively integrating AI into program work.
A major OEM was ready to invest heavily in a native iOS app. Recommended a Web App instead — saving significant long-term overhead, broadening accessibility, and earning lasting trust as a strategic advisor.
